Ameya Studio is not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking issues or payment gateway errors.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/message.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
In case of cancellation by us, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers may request cancellation only before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the timeline mentioned on the product page.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
