At Ameya Studio, every order is handled with care to ensure safe and timely delivery. As many of our pieces are handcrafted or limited-batch creations, dispatch timelines may vary.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship across India.

For international shipping, customers must contact us directly before placing an order to confirm availability, charges, and timelines.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or stitched products may require additional time (communicated at the time of purchase).
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Hyderabad: 2–4 business days
  • Other Indian cities: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, and unforeseen circumstances.

We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly confirmed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, if any, are valid only within India and subject to change.
  • International shipping charges are calculated separately and communicated before dispatch.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if provided).
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the tracking details provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner wherever possible.

8. Damaged Packages

If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Inform us immediately.

Claims raised without proof or after acceptance may not be eligible for resolution.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays.
  • International orders are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
